My wife and I had a dream to put in an electric fireplace for our home. What started as a fantasy and a YouTube video turned into an obsession. We contacted Mark to see if it was possible, and he fully supported and committed to our project. He gave us several options for materials that we could pick from and walked us through each step of the process. My husband and I were looking for a way to make our outdoor patio area more inviting and livable, and add some shade. Mark was very helpful in making the decision about building a pergola. He had great input on what would work for size, how we could make the design look nice from the inside and outside of our house, and showed us examples of his previous work. Last year as we started to do our job from the "home office," my wife and I realized that we did not have proper desk space to complete our tasks effectively. Thus, we started to look for office desks that suited our purpose, and after looking around, we realized the options in the stores were very limited and did not fit our goals. Fortunately, at the very time, Amy and Mark started their venture with 'CAY&P design,' as a fan of Mark's craftsmanship, we got in touch with them; they responded immediately and thoroughly planned the project within days. Mark himself came to our place, took necessary measurements for the two desks, shared the designs, and presented a quote; everything was well orchestrated. From the inception of the project to the delivery, we received updates, and within a short period, the desks were prepared, installed, and ready to use. We both were happy, delighted with the end products and the service we received. After the desk, Mark also did a pergola for our patio, and this project was as seamless as the first one and, needless to say, "it was beautiful."
